Mr. Winfred Dwight Baldwin, of Disputanta, departed this life Saturday, August 5th, at the VCU Medical Center, Richmond.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am, Monday, August 14, 2023 at Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 2223 S. Crater Road, Petersburg.  Interment will follow in the Albert G. Horton Memorial Cemetery, Suffolk.  Public visitation will be held 12-6pm, Sunday, August 13, 2023 at the Petersburg Chapel of Bland Funeral Home, 137 Harrison Street, Petersburg, VA.
