Louise Marie Whitley, 63, of Disputanta, was placed in the Lord’s hands on this day on Earth, Friday, April 7, 2023. Born on October 2, 1959, in Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Wilton Lee and Lena Swimler Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her beloved son, Travis Whitley. She was the loving wife to Tim Whitley; mother to Kyle Whitley; loving grandmother to Conner Whitley; a shining light in her sister’s eyes, Mary, Michelle, and Linda; and numerous nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and cousins; and was loved by her many friends. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 17, 2023, in Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road S.
