April 14, 1956 – July 14, 2023

On Friday, July 14,2023, Kevin Charles Harper, departed to be with our Heavenly Father in the comfort of his home with his wife, Cassandra; daughter, LaToya; family and friends by his bedside in Richmond, Virginia.

Kevin was born in Far Rockaway, New York in 1956. He graduated from Far Rockaway High School in 1974.  Growing up, he desired to be a great DJ.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He also loved bowling, rebuilding and programming computers.

Kevin retired from the Far Rockaway Branch of the U. S. Postal Service in 2016.  He was a dedicated hard-working Postal Carrier for 30 years.

Kevin will be missed by his wife, daughter, family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 28, 2023.
