Jeanna Lee Kern, born on January 22, 1956, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the age of 66. She was born in Roseboom, New York and lived in Waverly and Surry, Virginia for the last 26 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold F. Cross and her mother, Alice Lighthall. Jeanna leaves behind her husband, William Kern, Sr.; daughters, Billie Jo Kern and Melissa Cooper (Milton); son, William Kern, Jr. (Sarah); grandsons, Jeremiah Kern, Milton Cooper II, McKinley Cooper, and McCaulley Cooper; granddaughters, Ashley and Brittlynn; many brothers and sisters; and many other family and friends that loved her.
