Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, July 16, 2023, in the Chapel of J. M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc., 102 South Avenue, Petersburg, VA, the Rev. Alexander Williams, eulogist. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Saturday, July 15, 2023 at the funeral establishment.
