Rudane Lloyd Graham is wanted for murder 1st degree and use or display firearm in commission of felony. Graham, 32, is a 6-foot 4-inch-tall black male who weighs 280 lbs. Graham has brown eyes and black hair.
John Thomas Harrington is wanted for grand larceny, eluding and possession of a controlled substance. Harrington, 37, is a 5-foot 10-inch-tall white male who weighs 170 lbs. Harrington has hazel eyes and brown hair.
