Carlos Enrique Carrera is wanted for carnal knowledge of a child 13 to 15 years of age.  Carrera, 37, is a 5-foot 7-inch-tall white male who weighs 160 lbs. Carrera has brown eyes and black hair.

Thomas C. Obrien is wanted for credit card theft and grand larceny.  Obrien, 50, is a 5-foot 11-inch-tall white male who weighs 160 lbs. Obrien has green eyes and brown hair.
