Charles E. White is wanted for fraud.  White, 29, is a 6-foot 1-inch-tall black male who weighs 234 lbs. White has hazel eyes and black hair.

Kayla M. Desjardins is wanted for possession of controlled substances.  Desjardins, 33, is a 5-foot 4-inch-tall white female who weighs 145 lbs. Desjardins has blue eyes and red hair.
