William Richard Allen Jr. is wanted for Strangulation.  Allen, 37, is a 6-foot 2-inch-tall white male who weighs 180 lbs. Allen has brown eyes and brown hair.

Julio Dieppa is wanted for Aggravated Malicious Wounding.  Dieppa, 51, is a 6-foot-tall white male who weighs 160 lbs. Dieppa has brown eyes and black hair.
