This week, the Chesterfield County/Colonial Heights Crime Solvers program needs your help with locating the following two fugitives:

Luis Fernando Landaverde-Urias is wanted for indecent liberties with child<13 years old x2 and carnal knowledge x2.  Landaverde-Urias, 19, is a 5-foot 7-inch-tall Hispanic male who weighs 140 lbs. Landaverde-Urias has brown eyes and brown hair.

Jermahl Davis Whittaker is wanted for felony possession of controlled substances x2.  Whittaker, 33, is a 5-foot 7-inch-tall black male who weighs 130 lbs. Whittaker has brown eyes and black hair.
